Colin McPhee (February 15, 1900 in Montreal or Toronto, Canada - January 7, 1964 in Los Angeles, CA) was a gay Canadian composer and musicologist. He is primarily known for existence a number one European to produce an ethnomusicological study of Bali, and for the quality of that innovative act. He too composed music influenced by that of Bali & Java decades before any more similar globe music influenced compositions.
He exposed by owning a pronounced modernist Edgard Varèse before marrying Jane Belo, who experienced exposed using Margaret Mead, in 1931.
